That for the reminder about twitter4teachers. I put my name on the list a while back, but forgot about it! I revisited and found several new biology teachers to follow! Best of luck this year!

Hi --
I am a reporter from The Star-Ledger, and I am working on a story about Web 2.0 technologies used in NJ classrooms. Patrick Higgins suggested I speak to you.

If you have a few minutes, I can be reached at (973) 539-7910 or kalloway@starledger.com, or I am happy to call you.

Best regards,

Thanks for posting this list, it's prompted me to check out as many of Google's tools as I can so I can write about it on my staff blog.

A great list. Check out out site, Timelines.com (http://timelines.com). We have a growing set of over 18,000 unique events on our site and thousands of timelines, covering a diverse set of recent and not so recent US, local and worldwide topics using pictures, videos and descriptions. Here’s a link to our most popular timelines: http://timelines.com/popular_timelines. Students and teachers can create new timelines or contribute information and resources to existing timelines.

I prefer Diigo over Delicious. It can do so much more - highlighter, sticky notes, screenshot, and more. Don't start your bookmarks from scratch; just import from Delicious. No, I don't work for Diigo, just an educator using a great tool.
